SMity offers an intelligent processing solution for data collected through the Smart City hardware infrastructure developed by Orange in Alba Iulia. SMity integrates a wide range of data, such as air quality parameters measured by uRadMonitor, information about pedestrian flow and public lighting. Based on these flows, SMity creates an urban life profile accessible and intelligible to people from a variety of professions and with diverse interests, such as decision makers from the political and business arenas, experts in public health, culture and urban infrastructure, the city’s locals or tourists.
