KeepITfresh is a solution that enables supermarket employees to efficiently monitor the merchandise on display in order to identify products that are out of date. The application uses the supermarket’s database of products, it adapts to current data and learns, through a neural network, about the specific placement patterns of expired products. Through the mobile application, supermarket employees will have a probabilistic assessment of the location and quantity of expired merchandise.
